i was utterly horrified to be greeted by a very rude general manager. my mother's toilet didn’t even work properly, and she was handed a plunger, can you believe it? i thought a hotel like this could at least offer some welcoming gift, but i guess that’s too much to ask. truly shameful experience.

I recently stayed for a night with my family and enjoyed the comfy beds and the satisfying breakfast spread. However, the room felt damp, which was a letdown.

The lobby’s bright teal carpets added a cheerful touch, and the spacious layout made it easy for my elderly friends to navigate comfortably. Plus, the nearby coffee station was like finding a delightful oasis after a long drive.

Breakfast spread included standard scrambled eggs, cheese omelettes, and fresh fruits like strawberries and grapes, making for a pleasant start to the day. The heating and cooling system allowed for customized comfort, a nice touch during my stay.

Several cleanliness issues caught my attention, particularly the old, squeaky beds and a strong musty smell lingering in both the hallways and my room. The bathroom fixtures seemed outdated, and it also surprised me how thin the walls were—every door opening and closing sounded like a blaster firing. Additionally, the small TV and the absence of modern features left something to be desired.

the staff at fairfield inn really impressed me, especially the woman running breakfast who was incredibly welcoming. the queen room was spacious and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. the location was convenient, just a short walk from the housekeeping closet. overall, it felt cozy and homey.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. they even brought some spray to wipe down the workout machines. The breakfast was different every morning, adding variety to our stay!

One area for improvement would be to ensure all items are replenished during breakfast service, as the fresh fruit was gone when we arrived.

This place is a commendable fit for a short visit in Lincoln and great value for the money. The front desk staff was very friendly, making check in and out easy. Make sure to check the cleanliness of the bathroom upon entering.

The front desk attendant was incredibly kind and welcoming, allowing us to check in early which provided much-needed relief after a long day. Very clean rooms!

The queen room with two queen beds provided a comfortable space for the family, but the persistent musty smell in the bathroom was off-putting. While the breakfast included excellent gluten-free dishes that catered to dietary restrictions, the heating system was lacking, making the room too cold at night. Staff was friendly and attentive, yet some cleaning issues need attention for future stays.
